Ascension

The elements are gathering
The storms are brewing
Transformation is happening
Alignment is imminent
Ascension is upon us

The planes are converging
The light is brightening
Darkness is dissipating
The frequency is facilitating
The change is coming
Embrace the inevitable
Or be lost among the living

Earth is shifting
The ground is quaking
The poles are preparing
The universe is shaking
Sifting and sorting
Examining it all

Supporting and enlightening
Nourishing and nurturing
Generous and giving
Be grateful and thankful

Allow it to awaken you
To enter every cell
Hear its call in your core
Resonating truth to all

The Calling

They are drawn to him
  for more than his looks
They sense in him
  that which is to come.
He will be tempted
  but not abuse his power.
He will be gifted
  when it is the hour.
He has been chosen
  to unify the youth
  to persuade the persistent
  to convince the cautious
  to reward the responsible
  to benefit the believers
  to fortify the faithful
  to expand the elusive
He will publicize the prophecy
  as far as it can flow.
His followers will be multitudinous
  and band together upon the land.
Their connection will be impenetrable,
  strengthened by the will of God.
Their light will be magnetic,
  and brighten inexhaustibly.
Attracting those in need of guidance
Comforting all in need of rest.
Giving hope to the helpless
  and respite for the weary.
Protected by the Cloak of Wisdom
Defended by the Tower of Truth
Increasing Immeasurably
Its bounds unlimited
Until its mission is fulfilled
  and Heaven reigns upon the Earth
Renewed and Reimaged,
Awakened and Aware.

I step onto my mat

I Breathe              
               in
                   the
                         Silence
I drop
           all
                 my
                        burdens

                 I 
         Awaken
           every 
            pore

        My Spirit
            feels 
             its 
        heartbeat

            It is 
           Free 
             to 
         explore

I pledge 
             Acceptance

I dismiss
              all
                   my
                        flaws

        I move to 
       the rhythm
              of 
         my inner 
           Guide

       The stress 
         releases
            and 
     my thoughts 
         subside

       The quiet 
    transports me
      To a realm 
            of
          pure
          Bliss
 
       Feelings
            of
         Peace
      Permeate 
           my
          Soul
         
          The             
       myriad
       pieces
      become 
       Whole

I lie
       in
            Shavasana

I slow 
          down
                    my
                          Breath
I savor
            every
                     Moment

I Treasure 
             every
                    part

     I place them 
        carefully
      deep inside 
       my Heart
        
       Namaste
