Joseph

He is a happiness healer
He is a caring counselor
He is a manifesting magnet
He is an abundance advisor
He is infinite potential
He is a divine dreamer
He is a savvy soothsayer
He is a talkative talisman
As he deeply gazes at you,
his eyes will melt your soul
He will warmly wrap you in
    wellness wishes
He will cast off your chains
He will clear you of your cares
He will free you of your fears
He will amplify your aura
He will clarify your chakras
He will maximize your mantras
He will obliterate your obsessions
He will alleviate your addictions
He will liberate your life
He will gently guide you to
    greener pastures
He will quickly convince you
    to live your best life
He will hold your hand as he
    harmonizes with heaven
He will angelically awaken
    your light body
He will tenderly transmute all
your ails with the violet flame
He will color your world with
    his striking bright pallet,
    all his brushstrokes carefully placed,
    confidently creating a
    marvelous masterpiece
His witty wisdom will wash over you,
like a wave washing softly onto the sand,
    smoothing and making it solid,
so that you can stand firmly on it
That is how he will help you rise up
    stronger onto the sand
of the beach of your life
He will help harness the sun to
    shine brightly on your beach
He will teach you how to tend to your life
so that you can always see the
sunrise and sunset in glorious fashion
on your beach, no matter the season
He will help to hang the moon and
the stars over your beach at night,
to always keep a lamp lit,
    should you fear the darkness
All this he will do and more,
to help you blossom and bloom
and burst brightly into the world,
    the best version of yourself
    you could possibly ever
    believe yourself to be.

Meditation: We Are One

I did the bonus meditation. Will miss this series. Namaste.

Day 22
Miraculous World

Today's Centering Thought:
We are one.

Our Sanskrit mantra:
Om

Om is known as the universal sound.
Repeating “Om” honors our connection to the universe.

Meditation: Forgiveness is For Me.

Meditated at work on Wednesday and then at night to the Oprah/Deepak series. I missed two days but that is okay. Doing day 21 tonight (Thursday late). They added a bonus day I will try to do tomorrow.
Tomorrow night is our mediation group. Looking forward to that as it has been over a month since we did one. It should be great. It always is.
Here is the info on the two meditations I did so far this week:
Day 20
Miraculous Forgiveness
Today's Centering Thought:
Forgiveness is for me. Forgiveness sets me free.
Our Sanskrit mantra:
Om Vardhanam Namah
I nourish the universe and the universe nourishes me.
Day 21
Miraculous Living
Today's Centering Thought:
Love begins with me.
Our Sanskrit mantra:
Aham Brahmasmi
The core of my being is the ultimate reality, the root and ground of the universe, the source of all that exists.

Meditation: I Fearlessly Speak My Truth with Love

I went to Cedar Point yesterday and we had a good time. Gwen enjoyed going on rides with Josh. I am resting today since it is tiring spending all day there plus the drive back. Another busy week at work starts tomorrow. I transferred pictures from my phone to post on Facebook today. I am enjoying keeping up with friends and family on there more and more. It is a good outlet. I got my Mom on there so will help her get used to it as I can.

I did my meditations last night and this morning. Only a few more days left of the Oprah/Deepak 21 day challenge. They are on Day 21 but I started with the earliest I could do, 5 days back. So today I did Day 17. It is a really simple, nice series. I will try to keep doing a little meditation each day after this ends too. I already do one day at lunch every week at work with friends but have not done much myself lately until this challenge. I just found out that our meditation group is going to have a session this Friday so that will be great. They are always wonderful.

Meditation really helps me to center and connect with my inner self. It allows my poetry to flow much more easily as a result. So I am motivated to continue it.

Here is the info on the mediation I did today:

Day 17
Miraculous Communication
Today's Centering Thought:
I fearlessly speak my truth with love.
Our Sanskrit mantra:
Om Ritam Namah
My actions and intentions are supported by cosmic intelligence.

Meditation: The World is My Mirror

I updated my layout and like it better. The blog is a work in progress. Very fun to do.

I meditated late last night and feel better each time that I do this meditation challenge. It is short and sweet.

We are going to Cedar Point today. Will try to take it easy and stay in the kid areas with Gwen.

Here is the info for the most recent day:

Day 15
Miraculous Reflection

Today's Centering Thought:
The world is my mirror.

Our Sanskrit mantra:
Om Bhavam Namah

I am absolute existence. I am a field of all possibilities.
